I am a Master's student at the University of Florida based at the Indian River Research and Education Center (IRREC). I am a long-time Florida resident, having gone to Middle and High School in Central Florida before enrolling at the University of Florida. During my four years of undergraduate study, I attended classes at the Gainesville campus, during which time I obtained my Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Science and a Minor Degree in French Language and Culture. I have a great interest not only in the life sciences but history and languages as well. A passion which I would like to pursue during my Master's program is to study and present on topics pertinent to the history of agriculture.
