Dr. Shad Nelson has serves as the Dean of the Dick & Mary Lewis Kleberg College of Agriculture & Natural Resource since 2016. Prior to this he served as a Professor teaching Horticulture Science courses and research in alternative irrigation strategies for South Texas Citrus industry. He holds a B.S. in Horticulture, M.S. in Agronomy, and PhD in Soil Science.
