About me
Rebecca Catalena is a Regional Extension Agent in Food Safety & Quality. Rebecca received her Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from the University of West Florida and an A.A.S degree from Le Cordon Bleu. Before joining the Alabama Extension family, Rebecca served seven years in the United States Navy as an airplane mechanic and collateral duty inspector. She services an eight-county region in south Alabama and instructs classes in home food preservation, Cottage Food Law, produce safety, and ServSafe.
